Alocasia Jacklyn – Grower’s Choice Corm
Alocasia Jacklyn is a highly distinctive variety prized for its elongated arrow shaped leaves, bold dark veining, and dramatic contrast between deep green and lighter silvery tones. The foliage has a rugged, textured appearance with pronounced veins that give the plant a wild, architectural presence. Growth is upright and structured rather than compact, making Jacklyn a true statement Alocasia as it matures.
This listing is for a Grower’s Choice Alocasia Jacklyn corm, not an established plant. Corms are selected by me at the time of fulfillment based on firmness, health, and readiness. Corms may be dormant, beginning to sprout, or actively rooting depending on where they are in the growth cycle. All corms are viable and grown from my personal collection.
Photo is representative only. You will not receive the exact corm shown. Images represent typical size and growth stage only.
What to Expect
This listing is for a corm, not an established plant
Corms may arrive dormant or with early signs of growth
Sprouting timelines vary and can take several weeks
Early leaves may be smaller, lighter, or slightly misshapen as the plant establishes
Growth focuses on root development first before consistent leaf production
I do not ship unhealthy or compromised corms. Each corm is inspected prior to shipping to ensure firmness and viability.
Care Responsibility
Once the corm leaves my care, ongoing care becomes the responsibility of the buyer. This includes providing appropriate warmth, humidity, moisture management, and patience during the sprouting phase. I am not responsible for delays in growth, damage caused by improper care, shipping delays, or temperature exposure after shipment.
I strongly recommend purchasing a heat pack and upgrading shipping, especially during cooler months, as Alocasia corms are sensitive to cold and temperature fluctuations.
A Note on Growing
Alocasia Jacklyn benefits from consistency and patience. Some corms may activate quickly, while others take time to sprout. My goal is to send you a healthy, viable corm with strong growth potential so you can grow this plant out successfully from the very beginning.
