SHIPPING POLICY
Wanderleaf ships live plants with care and intention. However, live plants are sensitive to environmental conditions during transit.
Weather Considerations
By placing an order, you acknowledge that temperature extremes, both hot and cold, can impact live plants during shipping. Depending on current or forecasted temperatures along the shipping route, you may be required to purchase heat packs or cool packs at checkout to reduce the risk of damage. This applies to both winter and summer weather conditions.
If temperature protection is recommended and declined, Wanderleaf is not responsible for damage caused by heat stress, cold exposure, or weather related delays once the package has shipped.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Wanderleaf is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by carrier handling or weather conditions beyond our control.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final.
Live Plant Policy
Plants are living items and may experience stress during transit. Wanderleaf does not accept returns or exchanges on live plants.
If a plant arrives damaged, the following documentation is required within 2 hours of delivery:
• A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish
• Clear photos of the plant and all packaging materials
The unboxing video must be continuous and unedited to be considered valid documentation.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video or outside the 2 hour delivery window may not be eligible for review.
Damage related to weather exposure when heat or cool packs were declined are not eligible for refund or replacement.
PAYMENT METHOD
The Wanderleaf Co. accepts the following payment methods:
• All major credit and debit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not ship until payment is successfully processed.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
Wanderleaf is currently focused on growing and expanding our plant inventory.
At this time, we are not accepting wholesale orders. Wholesale availability will be considered in the future as our inventory and production capacity grow.
If you are interested in potential future wholesale opportunities, you are welcome to submit an inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or approval.
Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms will be established at a later date.
